A light, airy chiffon sponge rolled around an equally light whipped cream, made with very little sugar so it isn’t too sweet.
You make five: matcha and red bean, chocolate, coffee, strawberry and mango. You also learn to create your own versions with different jams, flavoured creams or a ganache filling.
