Six classic desserts in one session, each made from scratch: pavlova, panna cotta, tiramisu, cheesecake, apple crumble and chocolate mousse.
The menu changes a little each time. Past classes have included mango panna cotta, strawberry cheesecake and a rose and pistachio tres leches.
